Can I take my vehicle to G&D if I’m going through my insurance? What if my insurance told me to go to another shop?

Yes, you have the right to go to any repair facility you choose and we have worked with all insurance companies. Some insurance companies do have shops they prefer, but it does not mean you prefer their workmanship, so you always have the right to tell your insurance that you are choosing someone else.

Can you match the color of paint on my vehicle?

Yes. Your vehicle has a factory code that tells us exactly how to match your color. To make sure the new paint does not clash with the old we blend into the areas around the damage.

Do I have to make an appointment for an estimate before I bring in my vehicle?

Estimates only take a few minutes and you can come in anytime

Where do I get a claim number?

Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Write it down and bring it with you. If you don't we can always help you retrieve your claim number. If you are not going through insurance you will not have a claim number.

Do I need to pay a deductible, if so, to who and when?

The amount of your deductible depends on your insurance policy. You pay the deductible to us when you pick up your vehicle, you don't pay a penny to us until we've finished your vehicle. Remember you only owe a deductible for repairs to your car, not for any other cars involved.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

The length of time the repair will take depends on the amount of damage there is to your vehicle. Also if it is an insurance claim, it can depend on your insurance company and their procedures. We will always give you an estimate of how long it will take to complete the work.

How will I know the progress of my repair? When repairs are complete, what do I need to do?

We will keep you informed throughout the repair of your car, as often as you would like. When your car is complete we will call you, and we will schedule a time that is convenient for you to pick up your restored car!

Can I get assistance with obtaining a rental car?

Yes. We have multiple rental agencies on standby to pick you up and get you in a rental car right away.

When I leave my vehicle at your shop, can I get a ride to another destination?

Yes, we are more than willing to transport you to your destination if it is within a reasonable distance.

Do you offer a towing service?

We offer full-service 24-hour towing and flatbed recovery service and can make all the arrangements necessary to have your vehicle towed to our shop.

We have multiple full-time detail departments in order to ensure your car looks great. It is a complete detail, not just an exterior cleaning.
